"The property needs to be upgraded. Dark and musty. Furniture old and breaking., faucet on sink and in the shower loose, need to be fixed or replaced. No coffee in rooms and no room service until 10am. Room service food limited. Dirty iron stained my clothes, they could care less when I told them. Bed uncomfortable and light weight blankets. "

"We were bothered upon check-in to go to a timeshare presentation. There were multiple hairs present in different spots in the room. We were checking in with four people and didn't have bedding for the pull out couch bed. The pull out bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The people at the whole resort were nice and the pools were lovely but it was too far to walk to the arcade and fun family pool which were why we booked here. There is a shuttle service for internal transport but I believe a car is needed to make a stay here enjoyable. "
