Stayed with our family of 5. Great location land facilities. Maybe not the easiest to get to the main Waikiki beach but still close enough to everything. We did have a rental car for our entire trip and the parking was easy in and out. The breakfast was great and the service as well. Great value for families, especially if young.

The reason we chose to stay at embassy suites was because of the larger suites, breakfast and evening reception. That all met our expectations. The cleanliness of our room and the hallways etc left a bit to be desired. I requested help in the laundry and didn't get an answer until the next day and then I received 5 phone calls in regards to the problem I needed help with the previous day. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet.

Comp breakfast is good to have and happy hour . Staffs are polite and nice

We pay for the best ocean view and we actually got that. The suite was not bad. they need to renew some things for instans carpet to dirty the bathroom to old, the toylet look to old. Because it had black stain in it, to nasty. There no ventilation in the bathroom.The TV was not working not even to watch the news. In other words they need to remodel. We pay to much money for the condition the suite was in. Total rip off.
