Fair price, great staff and easy to get to with a bus stop around the corner. Getting there from the airport?
Go to the departure level at airport. In front on the street is an island for Ubers and such, as well as the NUMBER 20 city bus. $3 per person will bring you right into Waikiki. Forget the expensive Ubers.

Our bed had a big dent on one side of mattress. Our room had to changed became of it, after having to prove it to the manager. Then our room wasn't cleaned until the 3rd day or so, after having to call and request it. There is no dinning there. No hot tub as advertised.
And pillows were very stiff. Otherwise, there is a grill by the pool you can use to cook.

Hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. My only other observation was that parking charge was $40 a night which is well above the norm. They also charge a resort fee of $40 which basically doesn't include anything other than the use of the pool. Otherwise outside of these overpriced charges I was pleased with the hotel.

We see you had difficulties with parking, you mention that Waikiki is notorious for the lack of public parking spaces, It is fair that is pretty much any major city either lack of parking or you will have to pay a lot for parking space. While many of our neighboring renovated buildings have added more parking spaces, we are an older building with limited parking spaces. We are working with our neighboring properties for overflow parking because we know that this can be an issue at times, but we are still happy to have an option for those that choose to rent a car. We appreciate your feedback because you will probably help another guest chose to rent a car or take advantage of our public transportation. Mahalo.

Stayed here for my first ever Hawaii trip. Great budget hotel, a bit dated but otherwise great! I loved my little room for my solo trip. Area around is amazing, you're 7 min walk from beach.

The room we booked was listed being able to sleep 4
It had a double bed and a very small foton
We had booked for 3 people and had to request for a bed to be brought up as there was only the double when we arrived
No blockout blinds as listed so be prepared to be woken with the sun and for your neighbours to see in
Ok for the price we paid and we didn't expect much
For us it was a place to sleep so served it's purpose

Place is great. Its just looking a little rundown but cleanliness is good and i had no other complaints.

Excellent hotel for the price. 4th time to Hawaii and this place was top notch across the board at a very reasonable price.
