Not a good experience. There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived or the next morning to check out. It seems they want you to call a number and send them an image of your passport (do they really think everyone will be comfortable with this?) And then they send you a message with a code to open a safe to get your key. Come on guys, whatever happened to good old fashioned face to face service? I had to wait over an hour after arriving since I wasn't comfortable sending an image of my passport to someone I hadn't even seen face to face. When I told them I wanted to get a refund since I didn't want to wait for 90mins for them to arrive they said they don't give refunds, ridiculous.

Although it does not look like a hotel outside, the place is nicely located in the heart of Causeway Bay. The staff are super friendly and the place is clean. The rate is more than reasonable.

The room is clean & tidy with sufficient daily products & facilities. The best is the high-quality hospitality, receptionist & owner are very considerate, flexible and warm-hearted!!!
