Small room but it is comfortable. Not too many amenities. They are doing away with anything plastic. Otherwise safe without any frills.

Beds are a bit hard, no bottled water anymore.

Dear Scott,Thank you for your feedback.Our bed is a Simmons mattress and 7cm feather topper which serve our guests with a cozy sleep and meet the brand standard. To cater to guests’ preferences, we therefore offer additional toppers to make the bed softer for our guests. I apologise that the bedding was not suitable for you this time. Due to the government regulations on disposable plastic tableware & other plastic products and as part of Accor’s sustainability commitment, the Hotel will no longer place single-use amenities, such as bottled water, toothbrushes, cotton buds, etc. in rooms from 22 April 2024 (Monday) onwards. We invite you to join us in our sustainability efforts with simple actions such as traveling with reusable daily necessities and we kindly recommend utilizing the kettle provided in your room or refilling your bottles at the water dispenser located on the fifth floor. Thank you again for your patronage.
