Great place to explore the city. Close to the escalator for easy access to city, transportation and shopping. Good value for the money!!

A wonderful budget friendly stay in the mid-levels. Very close to the escalators, and close to 7-eleven, and other stores. Wonderful views of the city from this hotel! The shuttle is also quite good! Staff are wonderful; I forgot to bring a travel adaptor, and they lent me one no charge!

Good location.The room small but comfortable and clean.One day the cleaning missed but that might be because we left the room late.Pleasant stay no issues.

Terrible location, staff have no sense of service. Old building and style

We are just three minutes walking distance apart from the “Central Mid-level Escalator” that easily accesses to Central and the well-known Lan Kwai Fong & SoHo. We also provide shuttle bus service reaching the subway station of Hong Kong Station (Airport Express Central) & Admiralty Station and downtown area of Wan Chai. Excellent location to the long elevator and to SoHo. Excellent restaurants nearby. Can’t beat this location. Staff was awesome and attentive. The free shuttle was awesome. Recommended!!!

On the plus side my room was spacious with a separate bedroom. The western breakfast at 70HKD I thought was good value. The free hotel shuttle bus to Hong Kong Station was very handy.
On the minus side was the location not being where all the restaurants and stores are located. However, with that said, 2 blocks away is the Mid Level Escalator system. In the bathroom there was a notice not to drink the water without first boiling it. You would think the hotel would provide you with bottle water as a result of this inconvenience. However, they don't, which I found very odd. The hallways are really worn and dated.
Overall I gave it a rating of 3 stars due to the minuses I mentioned above.

The complimentary provision of plastic bottled water is prohibited in comply with the current government regulation and to protect the environment, distilled water dispenser is placed at lift lobby of each floor for guest to obtain distilled water and please do not hesitate to contact our colleagues for more information.
