Great value place to stay

i stayed at this hotel for 2 days first and the front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating to my requests as i required first floor room and away from the noisy areas.
we decided to booked another week as we had to travel back to the same area, sadly the front desk person was not the same guy and this time around was a very unfriendly person, although i had put the same request of a first floor and away from noisy places, i was sent to a second floor right across from the pool! when i, very respectfully reminded him of my request, he got upset and told me that they were doing their best. i told him that i understand that but that i had made that specific request when i booked the hotel, well he gave me a room to the back of the hotel, very sketchy area, away from where i had to park and carry all my heavy bags! the room was filthy! food crumbs and peanuts all over, all corners had food, fridge had a dead bug inside and hair! cold water in the shower did not work either! i had to bring my cleaning supplies and decided to clean the room myself as i didn't wanted to go back and deal with the nasty front desk guy. i was so sad and disappointed of my stay. i will never stay there again and will not recommend anybody this hotel!

It is convenient for me the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are recently renovated and very nice.

I was super pleased with this Hotel! It really exceeded my expectations and I will be sure to return in the near future. It’s very clean, smells clean and fresh. The staff makes sure you’re fully stacked with towels etc. breakfast is delicious and I just have to say I am returning home fully satisfied. Thanks Floridian and Team, you’re all awesome!

I made this reservation seeking a good price over quality. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised as how clean it was. It smelled fresh and wasn’t lacking anything that other higher end hotels do. I was ver impressed. The bed was comfortable and The continental breakfast was good. I truly recommend this place and will definitely return. The price exceeds your expectations in a positive manner.
