Everything was great, except that when i called at 2:50 to see if room was ready they said half hour more and when i got there at 3:30 room was not ready so i had to wait til 4:30. Other than that still my favorite hotel to stay with my grandkids

One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I have had. Convenient to Mt. Holyoke and a nearby mall. Easy to park. Spacious rooms with a full refrigerator, stove top, sink and microwave as well as a table and chairs. Couch and sitting area. Pool, hot tub. Outside patio with BBQ gril and nice outside seating. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Do not stay at this property!! They are unjust and unfair! My sister, child and niece and myself all checked in to the hotel together we were told it could be six people in a room however we only had four once we received our wristbands to enter into the pool. We were told other people outside of the pool playing basketball advised they were staying in our room, which was a total lie, from the so-called general manager could not determine and figure out who was in what room we were asked to leave and be escorted by police officers which were called to the hotel, which is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard when I travel all the time with Hilton. I will be bringing this to corporate level my family and I had nothing to do with any other guests staying there at the time! Even the nice officers, I was speaking with advise me that this is not the first time that this manager calls the police on people of her own race and nationality! I usually never have a problem at all at any Hilton property, but this one has topped them all they must be careful about who they hire and try to put in higher positions because some of these people abuse, their rights and privileges for children to be asked to get out of the pool, pack their stuff up and leave when I paid For our suite in my name on my credit card should have been no problem, but of course people take their authority positions and run with it !! If you’re trying to bring your children swimming at this property or location don’t!!!!
