This is a beautiful hotel in an awesome location on Hollywood Blvd. Lots of security and safe with lots to do close by. Excellent!

Excellent place to stay in West Hollywood. Super staff who were very helpful, free breakfast as it was my birthday! Wonderful comfy bed….great bar and cocktails….would definitely stay again!!

1 star literally for the way that the front desk people talked to us twice while there, and also the pool attendant.
Our first night there were about 10 people still enjoying the pool which had apparently closed 6 munutes prior. There were chairs in front of the clock outside so nobody could see. Instead of just wishing everyone a good night, he yelled at people for not being out yet (no time warnings had been given previously). Like... sorry, we were swimming not watching the clock covered up. His tone was just rude, nobody was doing anything malicious.
The next night we ordered delivery and the hotel apparently wouldn't let our delivery person take it to our room. They told the driver they would call us to let us know. THEY DIDNT and then told me it was my responsibility to SOMEHOW know thats their policy and that I should have came down sooner and that its not their job to notify me. Soooo the driver gets told they'll call me and I get told its my job to just know.
Lastly, when we checked out, the darker skinned girl who "helped us" told us we were being charged $248 in destination fees. When I told her no thats not happening as my booking said $82 would be due at the hotel, she started arguing with me and raising her voice and getting a frickin attitude, and then when she realized she was wrong she then said "well like I told you already, its just $82.50". Thats not what you just said. Idk I just felt like they need better staff with better attitudes. Poorly managed

Everything was great, the doors in the bathroom are severely scratched and damaged. just makes you feel less clean.
