Our air conditioning stopped working when we were getting ready.. Not enough towels and wash clothes for four people.

Our flight arrived at 10 am and I called the hotel for a shuttle. Shuttle arrived in about 30 minutes. When I got to the front desk, the young lady who was there said she had already put me down for early check in when I called! She was absolutely wonderful! I’m sorry I forgot her name! We were in town for the New York Rangers game. I asked her if there was anything in the area walkable that would be interesting and she directed me to the farmers market that was about a 15 minute walk. Also when we arrived, she said we could jump in the pool, so we did. We were able to get into our room at about 12:30. I really have no complaints.

The hotel staff is very nice and they know a lot about the surrounding area. They definitely took time to explain things to us and they also had everything we needed every time we asked also the cleaning staff was very personable. They were kind and they were very pleasant to talk to. The only thing I didn’t really care for was that the pool closed rather early I would’ve liked to at least have it opened until midnight being that we did a lot of our adventures during the day that fell into the late evening, so it would’ve been nice to hang out at the pool later in the evening maybe an adult swim time could be something to consider. As well as the early close of the bar. That kinda sucked . But the staff you guys have : amazing ! I cannot remember the younger lady names … she did tell me . She was the sweetest.. looked about 21-25 white lady wore a suit … recommended coffee to us … seemed like she never left lol.

My family and I came from Canada for Vacation. Very friendly staff especially Nakita and Eline (Breakfast ladies). I would definitely come back. The only thing I would suggest the Hotel Manager/owner to invest in is new carpet all throughout! The floors were very sticky and old. Other then that my stay was great the pool is gorgeous!.
