Property was good pool and beach were beautiful but our hotel room had cockroaches. We killed one the second night, asked the hotel to spray in the room which they were very night about and did right away, but then we had more dead and live cockroaches. They asked if we had the patio door open, which we did not intentionally as we did not any flies or ants coming in as there were ants on the patio. The staff was very nice but unsure how clean the facility is overall.

Right on the beach. We have stayed several times. Champagne served to guests daily. Usually reliable, but last visit, not as much. Staff is pretty friendly, but maid service can be a challenge.

I like the fact that the staff was phenomenal very friendly very helpful very respectful of all guests. The only issue was the bathroom toilet leaked for several days and we had an issue with some sort of bugs maybe some sand mites on the table area.

The property was convenient to dining options, right on the boardwalk. You had to walk to the parking garage, there wasn’t a way to directly enter from the hotel, so that was tough carrying heavy bags. Most of the staff was friendly, a few bad apples, but overall great experience.
