We stayed 2 nights and the whole staff was so friendly but I give my special recognition to Wilson the Valet parking guy. This person was so helpful since the time we step out of our car but he also helped a family that got stocked on their car on the street flooded I will stay again if I need to

The only things I would say I didn’t like, is that they didn’t have self parking ONLY valet

The resort, not very clean. The service people not very nice.

We had stayed at this hotel before and we loved it, that’s why we kept on coming back, but this time our experience was a little different from previous times. We need an iron and we didn’t have one in our room so we called the front desk and they told us that someone would bring it up to us soon. Two hours later we still didn’t have it and we were late for an engagement we had. The manager was nice enough to return our daily fee but that really didn’t change anything about us being late to the dinner we had booked.
