More parking is needed. The bathrooms in the rooms were clean although they need a little remodeling. The customer service is good, they were very friendly, they even helped me find parking for the trailer we were took .

The hotel was very clean, I liked that the room we chose had a mini kitchen and had absolutely everything, super clean, comfortable. At breakfast, we liked that they had a great variety and everything was fresh. Very good experience at the hotel.

Staff was friendly, helpful and informative about the area.
The property is unfortunately subject to many homeless and derelict persons very close to the property. Although we did feel safe in the hotel.

I wish the pool was bigger and the hot tub worked. I recognize we had access to another recreation club, but the convenience of these two amenities in the hotel would have been nice after a long day of work. I really liked how you didn't clean my room except once during my 5-day stay. I felt my room was more private and why give me more "clean" towels after I used them only once. Nice policy.
