The front desk was very proactive when I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet...I got a new one very fast...the new room was very clean and comfortable...my only concern was that the blackout drapes didn't cover the entire window...so only some semi-view blocking drapes were in place...which led me to believe that anyone could look into my room...management might want to re-evaluate that decision...

Our room had an awful smell. Thankfully the window opened because I gagged when we walked in. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairway desperately needed a vacuum. When we checked in the man at the counter wasn’t welcoming at all. He told us due to his computer having issues he didn’t have a king room for us so he put us in a queen. Okay, whatever. But I didn’t appreciate still being charged for a king room. If anything I should have received an additional discount for the inconvenience. Thankfully the bed was clean and comfortable and the man at the desk when we checked out was much friendlier. I’d stay again if I had to but I wish I would have just spent the extra $50 for a better experience.

Staff was nice but the property is run down and not cleaned well at all. The walls were filthy in the room and it smelled moldy. Furniture looks new but it’s inside a rundown old building that’s very poorly cleaned.
