the hotel doesn't have hot water, service is not at the level of Sheraton. not recommended.

Swimming facilities

Pros: Hotel in general is good but bit old
Cons: we saw died ant on top of cake in lobby lounge display refrigerator
Location: Nothing really close by but about 10min ride to big dinning and shopping area
Hotel room is big and comfortable
Hotel swimming pool staff is a bit rude and impolite with giving instruction
Pool was poorly finished with sharp corner signage in the pool

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights,and killed at least 3 mosquitoes each night. I suspected that there was a mosquito net in the room.
It was a terrible experience. I simply could not get enough sleep because of the mosquito. This does not suppose to happen on a 5-star hotel like Sheraton.
In fact, it is 4am now, I am waiting for the mosquito to come, I have been fighting with them since 2am.
I will never come back again.

Nice, but slipping.
Posted 18 Aug 2015 on HotelsStarwood really needs to get their quality control staff on site asap because the Chinese idea of maintenance and upkeep is vastly different than the rest of the world. In other words, "people don't do what you expect, they do what you inspect". While still a Starwood property, it's slipping fast with regards to basic upkeep of details. The staff were exceptionally nice however. My biggest beef was with the AC settings. For some reason, China has issues with AC and determines what people should set their AC to. If you are lucky, you can get it down to 24 celcius - this Sheraton was NO different in the four rooms I used.

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Update the hotel
Location: Walking distance to local shopping
Had to call maintenance due to the shower handle being stuck. No hot water. Room interior was about 15+ years old.
