The best hotel!!!

Cannot fault this hotel at all. We had such a lovely stay over Christmas. I was reluctant to book at first as the hotel is not in the centre of Salzburg and a lot of the reviews are from a long time ago, but it was the best decision!
The hotel is in the middle of wonderful countryside, it’s so nice to be able to explore the city and then stay in this lovely little picturesque town. It’s so easy to get to, just hop on bus 150 to/from Salzburg and it takes about 20 mins. The buses are super regular (even on Xmas day!), cheap and really comfortable.
The hotel is in superb condition, recently renovated by the looks of it and the decor is perfect. Our room was well furnished, super clean and we had a large balcony with a view of the mountains/lake.
Breakfast is included and was top quality. We also went to the hotel bar on Christmas Eve which was lovely and the drinks were spot on. We didn’t use the pool/spa as unfortunately didn’t have time but had a nosey and it looked wonderful.
All staff members were super friendly and if you get time to explore the surroundings you won’t forget it, they’re stunning. I honestly have no complaints about this hotel and encourage everyone to visit! I loved Salzburg but I’d come back just to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Arabella Jagdhof. Both Edi and Mathias were very efficient and friendly and made our stay welcoming. The hotel is set in a beautiful location and easily accessible to Salzburg. There

We had a wonderful family vacation. The resort is dog friendly. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There is a kid game room and outdoor jungle gym. You can hike to the lake or drive 5mins into town. The spa area is relaxing and it was easy to get a massage same day.
