Pros: Nothings
Cons: Yes, dinning chairs need to be replaced with new once and power supply need to be checked why keep triping when boiling water.
Comfortablility is Average, the kitchen and toliet not very well maintenance and the dinning chairs are old and not comfortable. The power keep triping when boiling water need to power off the rest of the electrical appliances like WiFi and TV..etc. to aviod.

Booked owner never answer

Nice house, with excellent views

Pros: Comfortable and out of town, nice walk down to beach, great views.
Cons: Fix spa bath, and replace kitchen chairs!!
Location: Near beach, and big shopping centre not too far.
The house was quite nice, although smaller than I imagined. Beautiful views from kitchen, lounge and front veranda. There was a nice big spa bath in bathroom, but it didn't work! The kitchen chairs were quite uncomfortable, they sank down a lot when you sat on them, and was quite annoying.

Pros: THE VIEW!
Cons: The back door didn't open quite all the way because of the drier/washer, not a big deal but if there's 1 thing I'd change it'd be that.
Location: Kingston Beach is just down the road, the ferry to Bruny Island is just a short 20 minute drive away, plenty of local shops in Kingston!
Stayed 3 days at the house and was very impressed with the view, the location, and the comfort. The owners were lovely to deal with, beds were comfy, full kitchen and 3 bedrooms felt like a palace for just the 2 of us!
Would book it again in a heartbeat.
