I have stayed & this hotel 2 months in summer & you can read my review. I have taken the risk of booking this hotel, while visiting my friends at the island for a month. I did not check in to the hotel. Neither I have stayed there the whole month. Only because I trusted the owner since its my friends & uncle. My friends are right. The greediness and nastiness of the hotel owner had no limits ! Not only he owns me the whole amount of the money for past 4 months, he also did everything for Expedia not to help me to get it ! He has said I will receive the money after I departa and 4 months later he keeps the money and refuses Expedia to help me !!! Do yourself a big favor and book any other hotel. There is a newguest house at the island. And a new large hospital is now being build near the hotel, so if you want noise and stress while paying a lot of money, go there. I have lost 2500 thousand dollars because of this super greedy hotel owner and can't even count the amount of stress all these months waiting for the refund. Never again !!!!!

The hotel is newer & beautiful. My ocean view room was wonderful & very comfortable. The views & beaches around as well as islands view are gorgeous, but the greediness of the hotel owner is unbelievable ! I was charged extra 200$ for airplane tickets to the island, while not knowing the real prices for return flights. I have stayed 2 months. My room was comfortable & the island isvery beautiful, I had very stressful 2 months. The hotel is very loud by all guest slamming doors at any time from 6 am to 2 or 3 am. There are at least 5 super noisy constractions 24/7. The made man island constraction opposite hotel was the worst ! The next door constraction people did not care either to the point had to call police and yelled at the workers at 2 am. When I got stang by a jellyfish badly, the owner did not care either. Its lucky my friend was at the beach with me & took good care of me next days. I was not even warned they got season of many jelly fish coming to the beach. The hotel is not very clean, but the cleaner cleaned my room 2x a week very well. You dont want to see the common kitchen. Super dirty. The main restaurant/beach cafe restaurant is in terrible poor state & the service was slow & bad most of the times, which was very stressful. The owner lied about extending my visa, while I was stang by the jelly fish and Maldives government tried to charge me 2000 dollars for overstaying. I paid 1000 extra, which was very stressful. I got ill from stress. Do not book !

Momo (manager) and his staff were always helpful and made our holiday unforgettable. Despite booking very late, he organized our transfer from Malé to Hoarafushi. Momo is an experienced and patient dive instructor and knows unique diving locations. Even as a beginner in diving, I could enjoy many amazing dives. The beach is very close and lovely. Many new palm trees and plants are planted so that the beach will get even better in the future.

La cortesia e professionalità del sig Momo e del suo staff. Molto preparato e gentile, ci accompagnava a visititare il mare e il centro molto interessante la struttura, le camere erano molto pulite . Ci ritornerò molto presto
