Hotel is well located near the sword lake and at Joseph cathedral . Breakfast was excellent . Good cafes and food around. Staff super attentive - especially Lukas and of great help when it was pouring rain and we were enroute back from Sapa. Will definitely visit again .

The hotel was my first stop on my Vietnam vacation. Upon arrival, the reception staff were friendly, helpful and provided quick service. From there on, from restaurant staff to house keeping, the friendly service provided by hotel staff was exceptional, making my trip more relaxing and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay at the hotel again.

Absolute heart of Hanoi old quarter, so convenient to all that Hanoi had to offer. Staff are absolutely fantastic, polite, knowledgeable and great commands of English. Breakfast is a superb affaire, great variety of western and Asian dishes. I would definitely stay here again, we had 3 great nights in Hanoi.
