10/10 will definitely stay again
Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe had an amazing time. The staff is so sweet and hospitable. The hotel is beautiful and the perfect location. We loved the fruit and little note waiting for us when we arrived in the room. We were served delicious tea and ginger while we waited for check in. The sheets and pillows were really nice too!

The staff is amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Everything from tour recommendations and bookings, general directions and arranging taxi services. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean and confortable. The location is great and you are in the center of the Hanoi madness!
