The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in.

The rooms are very noisy.you can hear the TV and people talking.one night I had to ring reception at 2.00 am to turn the TV off.

Can't fault it at all, the staffs are excellent and the hotel is centrally situated with most of the tourist attractions within walking distance.

Great location. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Next door to the markets. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful and you get a half decent breakfast.

Property was very nice and modern. Foyer upon entry did have an uncortunate sewerage smell or something similar the duration of my stay.
Afternoon tea was a very great offering, and a nice touch for a mid day break.
Breakfast offering was okay, not a stand out, but okay. Compared to other hotels in HCM and Vietnam with a similar price point, the food offering was below expectations.
Only other thing to note was the huge discrepancy in room types. The room type I booked was shown to have a bath tub next to the window and was a bit larger, this was not the room that I ended up with, it was closer to a smaller and more basic room.
