Firstly, We would like to thank you for your reservation.Your reservation at the Expedia system is the room type Suite Basement. But the space in the basement room is quite tight, most Korean guests here do not like to stay in the basement. So that, our hotel has suggestions for you to move to an upstairs room with two more balconies, which will be more airy. However, you refused this suggestion.We hope that in your next stay, you will carefully consider and choose other room types according to your needs to give you a better experience.The Royal Hotel would like to thank and at the same time we would like to send our most sincere apologies to you for not having brought you absolute satisfaction.
