We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced,To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, we would like to answer as follows:All of our rooms have smoke alarms, so it's very rare for guests to smoke in the room, the strange smell in your room may be the smell of wood or the smell of essential oils that previous guests have used.Open the window and Using the air conditioner will quickly deodorizeAfter receiving your room information, the night shift staff offered to use an essential oil diffuser to inhale or find a suitable method, but the female guest refused and said "it's okay, I just don't want to be c charged for smoking."The following days there was absolutely no response, and your 2-room group also extended yours stay by 1 day.So, It's not right that the staff did not care, I think there's a misunderstanding here.We appreciate that and will try to improve the service even better in the future.Best regards

Excellent everything. Room is a little dated but the big room size certainly compensate that. Receptionist staff team is excellent. I would stay here again.

Great stay in Saigon or three nights

Posted 26 Feb 2020 on HotelsService was good, and the simple yet sharp decor was great too, shame the walls are paper thin so you could hear everything going on in the building, but for a short stop as we had it served the purpose fine.
