The highlight of this location is definitely the friendly staff. I was traveling by myself for work, and the front-desk staff was always very friendly and attentive, and shared a lot of information both about local sites to see as well as just being a familiar and friendly face.
The breakfast was always great, and I did like having views of the city.
The room was nice and spacious, and I had plenty of room (especially coming from another hotel in a different country which had a very cramped room).
There is also a coffeeshop right next door which was nice for me to get work done in.
Overall, great staff and comfortable room!

The staff made me feel like I’m at 5 star hotel. Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast in their rooftop lounge. Location is walkable to several local restaurants and bars.

The service here was amazing, better than most 5 star hotels I've been to. The staffs were nice and courteous. Free breakfast in their rooftop lounge is a plus. The hotel is located in a walkable area of Pham Viet Chanh, highly recommended if you prefer the local experience.
