Very disappointing

This is the first negative review I have ever done. The first room I was in had a broken fridge, a broken air conditioner and was not clean. I asked to be moved. The second room had a broken toilet and broken tv. I asked for them to be fixed and was told that this was a bad hotel, I should expect things like this. I fixed the toilet myself. The room was dirty and unmaintained. The shower curtain and bathroom walls had mould everywhere, and the sleeping area had filthy walls, mould and humidity pealing paint. If you are asthmatic stay away from this place. There was one helpful person at the front desk.

This place needs a lot of maintenance. The plugs in both the bath and the sink were broken. The fridge didn’t work. Otherwise it was fine

Arrived 5 minutes before 2pm check in time and they said you have to wait until 2pm to checkin! Breakfast photos are all over their website, however they no longer offer breakfast. Which has always been free with your accommodation as I’ve stayed there multiple times over the past 12 years.

Hi Expedia Slow service for facilities. Staff needs more good attitude to help customers. Staff don’t sleeping on your duty. Do your staff allows to sleep on duty.?

Pretty good stay. Sections of the hotel look very tired, could do with an update. AC wasn't very powerful. Overall a pretty convenient location and good for a short stay.
