Better quality price for sure in Saigon

Bad service and false advertising
Posted 23 Oct 2020 on HotelsDid not managed to check in to the booked room. Staff didn't speak English and hotel do not have lifts (although advertise as multingual and have lift access). The reception lady says the only one room on the 5th floor. I cannot check-in as I had sprained back. After an hour of negotiations, the hotel refused to cancel my booking and will only pay me back partially in cash VND280,000. This is the worst experience. Never book this hotel ever.

Posted 20 Mar 2020 on HotelsI booked this hotel for my wife a few times for her stays in Ho Chi Minh City and she has nothing but good things to say. From the spaciousness of the rooms to the friendliness of the owner - everything made her feel comfortable during her stays. I think this is an excellent hotel at this price point.

Not so good the bed sheet/comforter sheet. Dirty sheet has giving an itchiness problem with our skin/ giving rashes with our skin. So make sure the bed sheet changed regularly for the comfortable of your guest. Thank you! God bless!
