Breakfast is Ok but staff cannot speak English.
Location is ok but I request for upper floor room, they gives me on 2nd floor. Last day they ask me to pay for small face towel, it’s cannot clean after washing, I said I put on floor to replacement, Strange!

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was a tad small but serve it's purpose. Excellent location. Walkable to City centre.

A good, decent 3 -star level property.
The only treadmill in the workout room was not functioning and the staff didn’t even know about it.
Small rooms but otherwise a nice hotel and I’d recommend it and would stay there again.

Nice hotel and staff really friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Good location with restaurants within a 5 min walk. Room was nice. Swimming pool area only had a couple of beds you could use which was a shame as it made this area hard to use.

This property was not new but it has been maintained well and current styling. Location is great for access to Japantown and good area for nightlife.

The staff are the highlight of this hotel. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and always have a welcoming smile.
Breakfast is amazing with brilliant omelettes made by the staff in a matter of minutes.
The location is a huge plus for this hotel too.
Thanks to the staff for making our time in HCM so special.
