Friendly staff but box room

Staff very friendly and helpful but the room quality ruined the visit. Be careful upon booking on which room you book

Posted 15 Jun 2022 on HotelsThe staff at checking were absolutely amazing and could not do enough to help us! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive with lots to choose from. The hotel is in a fantastic location and easy to get to and from the airport or train station. Only a very short walk into the central part of Saigon. The rooftop pool is not very big but it is very refreshing with fabulous views. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and I will be back again!
