The hotel is ok. Nice rooms and very clean. However the wifi is awful, might as well not bother. Which is so frustrating in the centre of the largest city. (We currently have high speed wifi on a tiny island off Vietnam as a comparison). The air con also leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms get very very hot during the day as balcony doors don’t seal and it gets the afternoon sun. The air con just isn’t good enough to cool it sadly. The “luxury park view” is also a view of the bottom end of the park which is a large concreted area , not very nice to look at.

It was very noisy and there were a few blackout during our stay, the aircon went out during the blackout and our room became extremely hot. Very noisey from 6am onwards and no soundproofing in any rooms

The staff are amazing and really try hard to help with whatever you need. On a busy street but I knew that and wanted to stay in this lively area. So don’t come if you prefer quiet😉Many places to eat within 2 minute stroll
So nice a stay x 5 days this time I hope to return and stay longer next winter

Nice hotel in District 1 area, and close to the Walking Street filled with bars and an exceptional nightlife. The rooms were surprisingly small for two friends sharing a room with two beds. The rates were reasonable enough to get separate rooms...highly advisable!
Drop off & pick up can be a challenge, with the amount of traffic on the street. Otherwise, a nice stay!

Basic room. Bed was hard and low to ground. No shelf space in bathroom. Door to room was flimsy.

My stay at the Park View Luxury Hotel was very disappointing. The room was very small and it was hard to move around in it with my luggage in it. It did not look like the picture of the room that I booked. It had a strong mould/mildew smell that was so strong that I took my book and my laptop down to sit in the lobby because I couldn’t stand the stench in my room. There were stains all over the carpet in the hallways on the floor that I was on and when I took the stairs down to the lobby, they were filthy and were not cleaned in a regular basis. The outlets for charging devices were located high on the walls so your devices would hang when they were charging. While I was there, I heard three separate people asking to be moved to another room so I’m assuming that I wasn’t the only one having problems.
