Nice Hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with a great coffee and tea selection. Closure of the sky bar during public holidays is a bit sad/ a disappointment.

I always stay at the novtel, the breakfast selection is first class. The hotel staff are extremely helpful

The hotel is at a convenient location but the room and service was not satisfying at all. First, the front desk could not find my booking, but ironically pushed me to be their member even though I told them I was very tired and needed a room asap. Then they put me in a smoking room although I wanted a non smoking one. The manager then showed me another available room, whose window view is surrounded by all the guest room windows that form like the opposite of a U shape. So I had to keep the curtains closed day and night. Not happy with my stay there. I planned to stay there for 4 nights but switched to another hotel instead.
