Expedia is limited to 1500 characters, which does not have enough words to describe my nightmare with this hotel. I got four rooms switched during a two-day stay. The AC and the hot water in the third room were not working! A guest next door in the third room brought a prostitute back to the room and made the “adult” noise while they were having “fun” at 5 AM. I ended up changing my plane ticket and went home three days early! I cannot afford to pay for another hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel. I do not recommend to stay in the area of the hotel as well.

I would recommend this place if you are staying at Ho Chi Minh city

The customer service was amazing. My flight was very late. The hotel manager allowed me late check out , access to the SPA, swimming pool, access to the gym and free access to the food/ drinks area until my transportation. Room service was exceptional.

Marvelous Hotel 5 stars. I got a really great experience. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Moreover, I gain a few pounds because of the very delicious breakfast with lots of choices. I strongly recommend this to everyone. Thanks for a good accommodation. I surely come back next time.

This place is legit. Do the club upgrade. Free food and booze on the lounge. I will most definitely be back here again. Staff is great! See you again soon!
