Excellent stay ! The manager was accessible by WhatsApp and responded very quickly, great security, cleanliness, service…very happy we stayed there!

The host was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. I just wish the bathroom light would have been brighter. Overall, it was a great stay!

Do not stay here. There are better places.
Posted 5 Mar 2024 on HotelsDisgusting. Stains everywhere! Pillows, bed sheets, kitchens, mirrors, bathrooms etc. were no clean. Extremly long wait for the elevators. Only 1 part of Apt. B elevator can only go down, not up? High traffic, building is next to a bridge?
Rude property staff. The person did not greet, (I didn't who he was. It was a random stupid person directing me to the apartment), and didn't want to speak to me directly in vietnamese. It was strange and uncomfortable at check in.
There are better places in other Districts.
This place is the worst.

First of all, we are very sorry for your bad experience. We worked with the check-in staffThe employee said that when checking in, the customer did not talk to him, only the woman accompanying him who spoke Vietnamese spoke during the check-in process. The staff also used English to try to communicate with the customer, but the customer still did not respond to the staff. The staff told us the guests were showing disrespect to Vietnamese people.On the check-out day, the guest did not check out on time, took the room key with him and left his luggage in the room even though it was past check-out time.Our employee had to call his friend for help. Then the guest turned around and silently left. Guests left the room with a lot of trash around the apartment, moving furniture such as sofas and dining tables out of their original positions. We don't understand what the guest's purpose is

Exceptional service, lovely property with a beautiful view from the window, clean, safe, has good size swimming pool with a great area for relaxing or even working around the pool. A very good location, conveniently close to the District 1 centre. Highly recommended!
