Helpful and kind staff, pool and lounge area were nice, adequate breakfast options, walkable to other food options. Rooms clean and quiet.

I stayed in the executive suite. the room itself was very spacious and had great natural light. I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub. the booking included the free mini bar which includes 2 bottled waters, 2 beers and 2 peach waters. staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay. high tea was also included which had sparkling wine, tea and an assortment of hot savoury and sweets. the buffet breakfast had good variety and I liked that they also made the coffees and eggs to order. the pool area is nice but the traffic is noisy. when I went I march the spa offered half price off their services if you booked in the morning and I got a 2 hour package which was extremely great value. in comparison to the other spas I went to in vietnam, this one lacked a bit of tranquility, the extra little touches and the masseuse was a little rough. there are plenty of restaurants all around the hotel. a grab car to the airport took around 25 minutes on a saturday morning and cost me 110K dong.

i already have my room in the highest floor but it was too much noisy from the area maybe the window in my room cannot close in a good manner

A good clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good sized room. The pool was ok. but not much seating around it. ok breakfast. My first stay in Vietnam so not sure what to expect.

Hotel is centrally located giving easy access to many attractions. Room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is delicious and staffs are professionally trained. Will stay again.
