I booked 2 rooms for 4 person , there should be arrangement to have both next or near by each other since my great aunt is 88 yrs old and have difficulty in walking. It’s long debate during the checkin !! The front desk lady kept insisted that No available rooms that could be arranged nearby. After almost an hour finally I did get what I asked for. The experience was Horrible. I stayed in Equatorial Hotel since 2014 whenever I visit VN .ot never experienced like this. All other services are excellent. Staffs are professional and friendly most times. The bathroom towels needed to replace with newer towels , they were overused. Thanks

I asked for glass of wine for room svc. More than 30 min then arrrived. After 2 calls. Operator can still apologize she forgot to pass the order after 1st call. Next morning ask for iron and board, after 3 calls and 30min then deliver. I was late for my meeting Room.626

Nice hotel!

Good service, well maintained and comfortable hotel. The only thing I feel that the hotel should do is to upgrade the wardrobe closet which is dated. Do not mind staying again in the future.

Overall stay was very good except the checkin as it took us 60 mins may be it was one of the bad days due to evening rush suddenly came. Rooms are good, breakfast is good, room service take some time to deliver the food. Location is good and staff is helpful. Casino inside the hotel so best option to exchange money is to do inside casino.
