We booked a windowless room since we were only staying 2 nights and the room rate was great. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. The only negative was the bed we had which was VERY firm. Felt like sleeping on a wooden box with a thin mattress pad. Didn’t get much sleep and when we wanted to rest after breakfast, there was construction going on. Sounded like it was on the other side of the room wall. Drilling, hammering, very noisy and disruptive. Odd to be doing such heavy work on a Saturday morning. Overall, not a terrible experience. Pool was great but small, with shaded areas.

A MUST visit
Posted 14 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe absolutely loved the Cochin zen! We were only going to stay for one night but extended it for four. The staff went above and beyond for us including surprising me with a birthday cake when I never even told them it was my birthday! Our phones hardly worked while there so they were more than happy to help us make dinner reservations. The room was also stunning. We did the Cochin signature and everything about it was gorgeous. From the large walk in shower, to the king sized bed and the bathtub on the balcony. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Pool a bit small , disappointing.
