Nice and clean. Just for sleeping overnight for early flight the next morning. Supposed to include a transfer to airport but this was not provided as they informed at the hotel that the transfer service was only available between 7am to 7pm. Left too early for breakfast and they packed breakfast for us which was a few boiled eggs and a sandwich.

Overall, our experience was far below what we expected. Part of the problem was the result of a language barrier, but this was only part of it. We tried to arrange for the shuttle, first through Hotels.com and then directly sending an email to the hotel, but we got no response. When we arrived to the hotel we also tried to request the free shuttle to the airport, but they didn’t seem to understand. When we asked again in the morning (day staff seemed to understand English much better), they said it was too late, so we had to pay for taxi. Also, we were told there wasn’t free breakfast, even though the listing mentions that it is included. The place is listed as being recently constructed, but seemed worn in places (carpets, for example). After nearly 24 hour travel time, this was a disappointing was to start our trip to Vietnam..

On the Expedia page it is mentioned that this hotel offers a 24 hord airport shuttle service. However at checking in I was told that this is wrong:the shuttle service starts at 7AM. I had a flight at 5AM so I insisted that they must keep what is on the page and provide me a free lift to the airport at 2:30AM to which the hotel finally agreed. Expedia should check and eventually correct the information on their web site.

Sorry about this. Just let you know, only 5 star hotel provide 24 hour driver service. We are 3 star, our airport transfer could not have 24 hour every day. Thanks for your comment. Thanks and nice regards, Management team.

Needs some maintenance works in the bathroom. We had to change rooms because the first room smelt like rotten food. Noisey.

The hotel has very good location. Overall very convincing. Friendly staff, decent set-up. Breakfast is pretty good but some of the dishes could be warmer.

All the employees I've encountered here were very friendly and nice evn though I just stayed here for about 12 hours. Would definitely recommend here to other fellow travelers.
