연박은 비추합니다.

연박을 하면 세탁이 무료라길래 좋았지요.
처음 빨래 맡기고 3일만에 받았고, 컴플레인 후로는 다음날 받았습니다.
룸에 있는 미니바? 처음부터 비치되지 않은 것들이 나중에 체크아웃 하면서 청구되었습니다. 증거를 안남긴게 후회되네요.
청소는 시간이 정해져있지 않고 내키는대로 와서 하려 합니다.
청소를 안한 날도 몇일됩니다. 이런 날은 물도 수건도 안주니 일일히 컴플레인 해야 합니다.
전체적으로 호텔은 쾌적하나 서비스가 부족해서 신경쓰고 대응하느라 스트레스 좀 받으실겁니다.
