I just stayed a week at Akoya and I'm blown away with the level of service I received. The staff are genuinely friendly, very helpful and made useful recommendations since it was my first time at HCM.
I chose this hotel because of the location, which is only a few minutes away from quite a few major attractions, plus Saigon Centre Mall is also right there.
The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is also fresh and delicious 😋
I highly recommend this hotel which also offers great value. Shout out to their Joy, Le Dui, Anh, and specially Yen, who helped me with cell data and also went out of her way to help me find a local product I was looking for. I was well taken care of. Thank you Akoya.

Room was a decent size and very clean. Hotel was central and within walking distance of most sites and eating places.
Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was ok.

We stayed in the deluxe king room with balcony. This room was fine, not sure about other interior rooms. Location is good, short walk to most sites if you don’t mind the heat. Breakfast just ok and the one coffee machine made it difficult to get coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location is amazing and the price can't be beat. The daily breakfast buffet was sufficient and the coffee was excellent! Quiet, clean and in a great area for walking to the highlights of Saigon.

Property location and site is a walkable distance to all tourist sites. Convenience mini marts across from hotel. Love the bathroom and shower unit. Breakfast also good and staff great. Only downside and slight at that ( some noise at night) but is expected as close to restaurants and entertainment.

The property room rate is reasonable for stay in this area. Room is clean and room service is good.
The entrance to hotel is not obvious and to access to the reception area, you have to carry your luggages up a flight of steps.
