While the hotel was close to our conference, the facility was pretty run down. The room was on the smaller side and in a need of fresh coat of paint. The drapes were ripped and walls had visible scratches. However, the bathroom was in good clean shape. Most importantly, there was confusion with booking. As we learned at check-in, the hotel has two locations two blocks apart. From the reservation, it was not clear that we actually book a room in their other location, which was not pictured in the photos. Also, the room came with breakfast, but it was served in a restaurant almost a block away. Overall, you get what you pay for. As the guidebook advised, in Viet Nam every dollar counts, so it worth to spend more than $27 per night and get the service you want.

nice and cozy

cheapest rate Wifi signal is very poor.. can stay if you don't need a window

정말 좋은 전망의 식당에서 조식을 먹을수 있었고, 직원 분들도 전반적으로 친절했습니다.
객실에 물건을 놓고 나왔는데 친절하게 알려주셔서 감사했습니다. 식당의 매니져 분이 정말 에너지가
좋으셔서 기뿐 마음으로 하루를 시작 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
늦은 체크인을해서 주변지역의 전반 적인 분위기는 잘 몰르겠네요.
가격대비 시설이 좋았습니다.
