Arrived on Sunday around 6:00 P.M. Hotel was dark, one door was open and lights came on, but no one was there to check us in. Found a phone number on the receipt, but that didn't work. The small print non the receipt said to make arrangements if you arrive after 12:00 on Sunday. Didn't see that until we found the hotel dark and deserted.
Finally found a note on a door stating our room number, but that door was locked and the lobby dark. Were able to find our way to the room and the key was in the door.
The room was clean and comfortable. On Monday we checked out between 7:30 and 7:45 AM. Same thing. No one was there. Didn't get breakfast at that hotel. Check-in process on Sunday really needs improvement.

Posted 6 Aug 2017 on HotelsRoom furnishings were showing their age. Bathroom sink tap was slow, but shower flow was good. We opted for their dinner buffet. This consisted of a selection of plainly cooked items.

Disappointing.
Posted 10 Sep 2015 on HotelsService was good and breakfast was decent. The main issue was the room had toilet smell throughout our stay as there is some gutter issue on the building and surrounding area. It seems happening after heavy rains but at least we did not feel comfortable...
