The room itself was nice but check in was not easy or efficient since staff that was onsite didn’t speak any English. Also there was confusion with the virtual receptionist as she kept telling us we could get into our room and the door was locked and no key.

Very clean safe property in a great location in Naples! The area surrounding was noisy but that’s pretty much all of Naples. Ha! Hotel was very clean and updated. Would recommend

Staff was helpful with check in and arranging transportation to the airport. Room good for 5 adults.

Hard to find because name did not appear on outside of building. Is really a bed and breakfast not a hotel.
