"The resort was beautiful and clean, very large area to explore on both adults only and family side. The resort has many dining options, and my boyfriend and I loved Gourmet restaurant most, the service was quick and the food was delicious. There are cats running around the resort which was a bonus, they were very cute and friendly and we played with them a ton. Housekeeping could’ve been better, but we didn’t make a huge mess and didn’t need much tending to, but it would’ve been nice to have our sheets changed at least once during our stay; we must’ve had to request for it specifically. The beach is gorgeous and lots of loungers and beds to lay on, and lots of space from others. Overall, the stay was amazing, and we would definitely come back to Serenade All Suites and get around to the parts of the resort we hadn’t yet seen. I’d also like to thank Estefani for being very friendly, my boyfriend and I were on the beach looking for seashells and she came up to us and dug in her bag and pulled out a handful of shells we couldn’t find on the beach and gave them to us as a gift. We tipped her for her kindness and it made my day that she was so friendly. "

"Our stay at the Excellence in Punta Cana was EXCELLENT. First and foremost, the staff was beyond helpful, fun, personable, professional and generally great. Hendrix by the pool stood out to us as he we out of his way to assist.... he and several others by the pool bar were very nice. One o lf them seeked me out to bring us coconut drinks after they ran out for a bit. He said, "Ill find you" and he did. Good stuff. I dont have to even write much about the backdrop...it was quite beautiful, especially for our honeymoon. Several food options, endless beverages.... truly all inclusive. We will be back as often as possible. "

"So many options for dining, they do not require dinner reservations. Relaxed on attire, property is well maintained and not too big, everything is well located. They have premium liquor choices for all guests. Room keeping, mini bar restocking, and turn down service every day. We had an EXCELLENT time and will be going back. 😁"
