"Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Hotel Ocean El Faro. Desde nuestra llegada, el trato fue amable y profesional, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos en todo momento. Las instalaciones son espectaculares, muy limpias y bien cuidadas; las habitaciones son cómodas y los restaurantes ofrecen una gran variedad de opciones de excelente calidad. Quiero destacar especialmente el servicio excepcional de Carlos Enrique, quien hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más memorable. Su amabilidad, atención, disposición para ayudar y dedicación al detalle reflejan un verdadero compromiso con la satisfacción de los huéspedes. Siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, brindándonos un trato cálido y respetuoso que superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, el excelente servicio recibido, junto con la belleza y comodidad del hotel, hicieron de estas vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable. "lo tome como un family hotel 5 stars pero para mi no cumple en nada el concepto que tengo como family hotel. me cambie por eso ,era un viaje para mis hijos de 3 y cinco años para que tuvieran de todo para ellos en piscinas comidas etc. al final lo logre en otro hotel. para mi nao cumple como para un hotel family.,sigue siendo un hotel normal para cualquiera."

"The biggest challenge throughout our stay was the language barrier. We do not speak Spanish, and although some staff members spoke English reasonably well, many did not. Even after realizing that we could not understand Spanish, staff would often continue speaking Spanish to us. We found ourselves relying on Google Translate throughout the trip just to communicate basic questions and requests. This created a lot of frustration and made it difficult to get clear answers or understand important information. Our problems began immediately upon arrival. After a long day of travel with a young child, the check-in process took much longer than expected. When we finally reached our room, we discovered that our Terrace Plunge Pool suite had a leak inside the closet area. We called maintenance multiple times and waited a long time without assistance. Eventually, we had to pack everything again and move to a different room. I do want to recognize Cindy, one of the managers, who was kind and genuinely tried to make things right. She contacted us personally and offered a complimentary Dinner on the Beach as compensation for the inconvenience. We appreciated the gesture and her professionalism. Unfortunately, the dinner itself was another disappointment. Although we were told it was valued at approximately $250, the food was very similar to what was already available at the buffet. "Anything party related was a good time. Food was good for the most part. Rooms were not in the greatest conditions. Water smelt bad. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Rooms stayed at 77 degrees. (Bring a fan) Everyone in the group left sick. Overall we had fun though."

"Everything was great. Very family friendly with plenty of amenities. Raul at family select concierge was helpful at each and every step. He made pur daughter's birthday special by getting a cake and making dinner reservations. He was humble, polite, smiling and welcoming no matter the time of day or night. He was always reachable via WhatsApp. The overall hospitality at this resort was top notch. Ty for memorable vacation!!!"

"I spent one week in this property and can't recommend it enough, as I had an incredible time in it. The room was very comfortable, with the bed in a slightly higher level than the main room. The room location was also very convenient, a very short walk to the pool, beach, and restaurants. All the staff was very very courteous and accommodating, probably the best feature, as they make everyone feel welcome and trouble free. This is an all inclusive property, which is the first time I tried, and I would say I was very pleased with it. The quality and variety of the food and drinks was very good, and the service was very generous. There's a requirement to make reservations for dinner, but that was not an issue at all using their portal\app reservations page. Overall I was extremely happy with this vacation, and would really recommend."
