Very friendly and professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Enjoyed my stay very much. As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe and comfortable at all times.

Best hotel we stayed in during our holiday in Japan, staff were excellent and very friendly. Our room was spacious and have a high quality. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.
Issie and Peter at the Executive lounge were amazing. The room was very nice and very clean!

Had a wonderful time at the Hilton and staff was lovely. Only item I would mention is no pajamas provided (which was not typical of Japan hotels).

The property was excellent but the location was not appropriate for us since we spent majority of our time at the Peace Memorial Park & was not within easy walking distance to shopping or dining.
