Hotel was very clean and right next to the station. Great location and the surrounding area has quite a few restaurants and outdoor parks.

I had difficulty with the laundry, it was supposedly a wash and dry machine but it wasn't drying. I had to extend the dryer 5x until it was dry

Love everything about Apa Hotel , spa for public, room clean , close to subway , staff extremely polite and kind , very friendly helpful courtesy. The Apa Hotel the best Hotel in Asian country . I am from Canada

Rooms are two small, because I have 2 luggages! Other than that, staff's service was excellent A1

You have to check in on a computer. They can hold your luggage, but you can't check in early. They have a great selection of food for breakfast. The onsen has 2 big tubs and a little tub. It was a nice hotel.

I was in a smoking room. I do not smoked but it was eye only room Available. I was up half the night with the scent of smoke burning my nostrils. Still, the staff was wonderful and they tried to find me a different room and mitigate the smell. Overall decent stay. Very efficient checkin.
