Staff was polite and provided great service. Room was tight but clean. Onsen/spa was excellent and well-maintained.

It's a nice hotel, appears to be pretty new. Great location for walking to various points of interest around Hiroshima. The room was very small. Great if you travel light, example: only have a backup or a medium size luggage. Not great if you need a lot of space. Happy with the place.

Easy to find and quite walkable to the rest of the city. Staff helpful and clean rooms. Only downfall was the laundry facilities; they washer/dryer combo machines take far too long.

This is a standard APA hotel. It is efficient and good value. There was a tech problem during check in which was resolved after a while. Staff intended to be helpful. Breakfast is a bargain.

Hotel was very clean and right next to the station. Great location and the surrounding area has quite a few restaurants and outdoor parks.
