Average accommodations. Neighborhood surround hotel is a bit rundown, however, 2 blocks away is a nice department store and an underground foodhall.
In the moring the hotel hosts a complementary Japanese business mans breakfast which is cooked by friendly elderly ladies who do wonders.
This hotel is close to the train station and is walking distance to Himeji castle.

I can hear the sound of water pipes. Water dripping onto metal is noisy.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Its mostly check in and check out manually using a machine, but there are lots of staff to help as well. The breakfast was a traditional japanese breakfast. It was lovely. Quite close to the station, about 8 min walk. We enjoyed our one night here and it was great for a short stopover.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but maybe that's typical in Japan.

Next to the Sanyo private railway and close to JR lines. A 20 minute walk to Himeji castle.

Very clean, queen size bed (big for a Japanese hotel), friendly staff, and not too expensive (with breakfast!). Overall very satisfied!

Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking onsite - which is very convenient. Room is clean , but a bit small. Comes with free breakfast which is a bonus . Nice Japanese food.
