Very good except much dusty top of bedroom headboard. Needs cleaning.

Not too bad.

Finding the parking was difficult. My friend is a native Japanese speaker and called in advance to confirm the correct parking location but was given inaccurate directions. We had to move the car or pay more for parking because of that.

Good Stay. Great Staffs. Good value. Wonderful

Great Stay! Hotel offered breakfast, which was phenomenal. Exceed expectations of a APA hotel (which is a reliably good chain in my opinion). Location is closed enough to train station, but it's convenient to everything else. Good Value! Great Staffs.

Property was in a good location however a few things were not up to standard: 1. The room air conditioning did not work 2. The bathroom fan did not work 3. We were required to surrender our room key each time we left the hotel and if we did not return by midnight we were locked out of our room until the morning!!!

Thank you for staying this time. Our hotel is very convenient for transportation and tourism. Our air conditioning system can only adjust the air volume, but otherwise it is a collective management. You can also take your room key when you go out.Probably at the time of check-in, the information was not available. We're deeply sorry for any trouble that We have caused. Tidy and convenient

Clean, tidy, great location, enjoyed our stay. The room was pretty small though, not much room for luggage.
