We stayed in the south building and it seemed newly renovated. Love the “beach” Colors in the room along with the small kitchenette and the double bathroom sink (with one outside the toilet area). Very clean, staff were attentive, beach was terrific! Location was very good too.
My only suggestion - there is a $40/day resort fee. That SHOULD include beach chairs or the use of bikes. While I appreciated the ability to park and the other small perks included in the fee - most of those are standard at other hotels. Wasn’t keen that there were other charges on top of this daily one.

It is a gorgeous resort with convenient beach access. The adult only , heated pool and hot tub were relaxing and beautiful. We loved the fresh fruit and ice water in the lobby and the room with the kitchenette was perfect. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. We can’t wait to return.

We love the Omni in Hilton Head! The level of service is great, and they have a good assortment of dining options. We love the multiple pools depending on your mood and the buoy bar is a total favorite. Will definitely be coming back!

The decorating and room size is perfect. The beach and pools are very nice. Tons to do. My only complaint is the 40.00 per day resort fee does not include bikes for the beach or beach chairs. Whatever is included is most likely free anyways anywhere else. We will go back.
