The property and surrounding areas looked old and run down. The road leading up to our unit were in much needed repairs. The porch and deck needed painting. The inside was nice and in good condition.

My reservation was not in the system, took the front desk staff about 30 minutes to find my reservation.

Lovely town house
Posted 22 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe villa was very nice. A little far from the beach and it was necessary to drive to tennis and golf. Check in was terrible. It took at least 15 minutes to locate our reservation, the clerk said that we'd be charged $230, for cleaning ( which i disputed)and no one from management ever returned my calls.

Great clean 2 bdrm condo with pool nearby and shuttle to beach. Check in at Westin quick and efficient.

Lost reservation didn’t get checked in until 530 with 4 grandkids and then I went back to desk to check in they said I was texted room ready and I didn’t they had the wrong phone number over all check in was terrible

The property was actually a 3 bedroom even though the reservation said 2 bedroom. Having access to the Westin pool was very nice.
